The Damptac Medium Buffer Paner (Tank) series uses the original design of internal spiral shock absorbing structure, which absorbs energy. The effective weight and service life are greatly improved compared to other brands to ensure that the machines and equipment can be braked smoothly and evenly buffered under heavy load or high speed applications. During the buffering process, the impact energy is evenly absorbed by the lowest braking force of the peak damping force and the shortest deceleration time. The DTA series can be adjusted synchronously before and after to ensure that it can be adjusted quickly and conveniently under different application conditions. Its performance is extremely good, so it is widely used in automation industries such as automotive industry.
DTA is an adjustable model. You can adjust the damping force according to the impact speed. The adjustment knob can be rotated 360 °, the scale ranges from 0 to 12, and the buffer is from soft to hard. You can make the best settings to take advantage of effect. The DTA model has two adjustment knobs, one at the front end, which is integrated into the limiting sleeve, and one at the bottom, which must be adjusted with an Allen key. Do not use the buffer beyond the scale!

The cylinder body of the DTA model is molded in one piece with high strength and does not cause the "de-cylinder" problem of other brands of shock absorbers.

The piston rod is made of reinforced stainless steel, the guide bearing is made of high-strength wear-resistant materials and the sealing system is made of special materials. The advanced design can not only protect some side forces, but also the long service life of the buffer.
Make sure the hydraulic buffer is installed correctly
1. Make sure the supporting strength of the installation station is strong enough.
2. When installing, make sure that the eccentric angle of the buffer is less than 2 °. The piston rod is subjected to large lateral loads and bends to varying degrees, causing the piston rod to reset obstacles, and the failure of the seals will accelerate, resulting in oil leakage and shortening the service life.
3. It is better not to use the buffer body as a safety limiting device. It is best to set the external safety limiting device 1 mm before the stroke. Do not remove the impact head to be used, because removing the cap will lengthen the piston rod and cause the piston rod to hit the ground and damage the ground.
4. Tighten the mounting nuts or bolts tightly, preferably with threaded glue. To make sure it doesn't come loose with frequent bumps.
5. If more than two buffers are used at the same time, the same model must be selected. For example, adjustable buffers must be set to the same gear.
6. For rotating applications, it is recommended not to use polyurethane caps. To ensure that the maximum eccentric angle is within 2 °, the installation method must ensure the following two points at the same time:
1) The distance from the center of rotation to the buffer is 15 times the buffer stroke.
2) Install the device correctly as shown in the following figure: When the buffer stroke is compressed to half, there must be no side load.
If the installation conditions do not meet the above requirements, please use the adapter that meets the requirements.

Note
Avoid the impact of external adverse factors on the buffer.
1. The buffer is filled with hydraulic oil. Do not use it near an open flame. It is strictly forbidden to burn the buffer.
2. Make sure the buffer is used within the operating temperature (-10 ℃-80 ℃). If you need to use it at a special temperature, please contact us.
3. Prohibit contact with corrosive substances such as acids, solvents, emulsified cutting oil, etc., and avoid contact with dust, steam, etc.
4. It is forbidden to spray paint on the outer cylinder of the buffer, otherwise it will affect the heat dissipation.
It is forbidden to paint or mark the piston rod to prevent the leakage of hydraulic oil and shorten the life of the buffer.
